What is a license?

A license allows you to publish content through one media player. Each license pairs Hypersign software to a single device. If you have five media players, you will need five licenses.

If each display shows different content, you’ll need one license per display. If multiple displays show the same content, you can use one player and one license, with additional hardware for distribution. For video walls, only one license and one player are required.

Yes. You can add licenses at any time as your screen network grows.

You need three things:
  • An external media player,
  • A digital display,
  • An internet connection (wired or wireless).
If you need help selecting equipment, our team can provide guidance.
Yes. Hypersign supports Single Sign-On (SSO) through a SAML-compliant identity provider, so you can use your existing identity platform for secure authentication and access control.
Unlimited. Hypersign licenses apply per player, not per user. Add as many users as your organization needs.

Most organizations can pair devices and publish their first content in minutes. Larger deployments can be supported with onboarding guidance from our team.
Subscriptions are billed annually unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued at the start of the term and each year before renewal, with payment due within 30 days.
