FAQ
What’s the difference between the recorded walkthrough and the live demo?
The recorded walkthrough gives you a fast end-to-end overview. The live demo is a 30-minute working session tailored to your screens, locations, and workflows, so you can see exactly how Hypersign would run in your environment.
How long is the live demo?
30 minutes. If we need to go deeper (multiple locations, special workflows, security review), we’ll follow up with a next step after the call.
What should I have ready before a live demo?
Nothing required, but if you have any of these, we can make the session more specific:
• Approx. number of screens and locations/buildings
• A few use cases you care about (alerts, wayfinding, room displays, internal comms, etc.)
• Who will publish content vs. who needs governance/approvals
• Any IT requirements (network rules, SSO/identity provider, device standards)
Who should be invited to the live demo?
We see that our most successful customers have collaboration between IT and Marketing teams. Anyone interested in Hypersign can be invited to the demo, or we can set up next steps at the end of the call.
